The staff was quick to respond and fill my needs.

I reserved a room with an ocean view but was initially assigned to the first floor, which was certainly disappointing. Despite being moved to the second floor, I still couldn't see the ocean. Also, some of the amenities that were promised, like the mini bar, were absent, leaving me quite frustrated, especially given the high cost of the stay.

However, the bar’s inconsistent hours caught us off guard. a few evenings left us without a drink after a long day of beach exploration.

The restaurant has amazing dishes, especially the mojito. The gym equipment is outdated.

the rooms had no air conditioning which was a bummer but the staff was super friendly and the mojito at the bar was the best i’ve ever had. loved the pool and the restaurant had awesome dishes too.

I stayed in a Double Room with Terrace and it was spacious and super clean. The bed was comfy, but I really wished they had a king bed option. The air conditioning was great, especially during the rainy days. I also loved the fresh and organized look of the room. The property overall felt new and nicely maintained.

I enjoyed a fantastic mojito at the bar—seriously, best I’ve ever had! ! And the staff were super friendly, helped me with everything I needed, made me feel right at home.

The hotel features large rooms with impressive ocean views and very friendly, responsive staff. The location is also safe and just a short walk to the beach.

The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight (especially great for sunset views! ). The staff was welcoming, and the room was spotless. Beach access made our stay even better!
